Trish is an experienced massage therapist blending the anatomical knowledge and skill of remedial massage with the nourishing, nurturing and fluid style of massage that comes from her advanced Lomi-Lomi and Kahuna training (Hawaiian massage) - a very intuitive, deeply relaxing and whole body balancing style of massage.
With a life-long interest in healing arts, Trish has further developed her bodywork practice through completing training in Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Reiki and Pranic Healing, which can be incorporated into her sessions by request.
With over 10 years experience, Trish is a highly skilled and sought after therapist with great passion and enthusiasm for her work. She enjoys being fully present in every massage she gives.
While Trish works with women and men of all ages, her specialty is supporting women in all stages of life, promoting wellness of mind, body and spirit.,
She has 2 small dogs, loves yoga & meditation, the outdoors and learning about the healing arts.
Appointments range from 60 mins to 2 hours with 90 minutes recommended.

Siegrid Delaney (TCM) TCM
Siegrid is West Street Wellbeing’s founder and Director.
She holds an Australian Bachelor degree in Health Science and is a registered Doctor of Traditional Chinese medicine.
Siegrid is unique in her approach of blending the ancient hands on methods of Chinese medicine with the cutting edge field of nutritional science. She uses these two distinct yet harmonious forms of medicine to work through the layers of complicated symptoms most patients have and get to the true core of the problem. Sessions are a time in which patients can relax and recuperate, within the special haven that is her custom designed practice on West Street.
Siegrid uses a painless style of acupuncture studied and practiced while living in Japan, along with massage, gentle corrective movements, heat therapy (moxibustion), herbal medicine, food advice and nutritional medicine to understand and improve patients health and wellbeing.
Siegrid works with a wide variety of people, cases and symptoms. She has particular experience and passion for chronic illness from viral and auto-immune origins, fertility (including IVF support), hormonal regulation for all ages, immune support including chemotherapy related immune deficiency, allergies and autoimmune conditions, and resolving chronic fatigue. Other areas of expertise include relieving aches and pains, reducing inflammation, improving energy levels, calming stress and anxiety, improving sleep, improving digestive function and gut health, achieving healthy weight, and paediatric treatment for a wide range of problems. Sessions with Siegrid can be booked online now. For complex cases allow 90 minues for an initial appointment.. Follow ups range from 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the individual treatment plan.

Kate Levett BEd (HME, Hons I), MPH (Epi), PhD, Adv.Dip.App.Sci (Acup), Grad. Dip Jap. Acup (Manaka)
Kate Levett is a practitioner and researcher of Japanese and Chinese Acupuncture, with over 20 years’ experience as an acupuncturist, researcher, birth educator and teacher.
Kate’s particular interests are in women’s health, including menstrual issues, fertility, pregnancy, labour and birth preparation and menopause.
She has an interest in treating migraines, endometriosis, chronic pain conditions and sleeping issues. She believes that acupuncture is extremely effective for hormonal balancing within the body to help a large number of health issues that women in particular face.
Kate is a mentor for the international Maternal Acupuncture Mentoring Program (MAMPs), and enjoys mentoring up and coming acupuncturists in specific maternity acupuncture treatment strategies. She is a consultant for independent childbirth education programs in Australia and internationally, such as CalmBirth and Hypnobirthing Australia, and is a research advisor with Lamaze International and the Obstetric Acupuncture Association in Canada.
At West Street Wellbeing, Kate combines her understanding of acupuncture practice and research, education and women’s health to design effective treatment strategies for your health and wellness.
Kate is a Senior Research Fellow and NHMRC Fellow at the School of Medicine Sydney, at the University of Notre Dame Australia. She has completed her PhD at the NICM Health Research Institute at Western Sydney University. The topic of the research was investigating an antenatal education course incorporating complementary medicines for pain relief in labour and birth for first time mothers.
